Boix Europe B.V. (hereafter: Boix Europe) is the main dealer for Boix packaging machines in Europe and market leader in forming and gluing both corrugated and solid board packaging. The machines find their way to various market sectors: from agricultural to industrial use in food and non-food sectors. Boix Europe stands for high quality standards and an excellent service.
Boix Europe is part of the Boix group of entities (“Boix Group”), with its headquarters being: Boix Maquinaria S.L., located at C/ Dinamarca S/N - Fase I, Polígono Industrial La Granadina, San Isidro (Alicante) SPAIN, C.P.: 03349 (Tax ID No. B03097102). Together with the subsidiaries they are considered data controllers as defined in the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

B. INTRODUCTION
This privacy statement describes which personal data Boix Europe collects, how the personal data is used and how long these personal data are stored. Boix Europe is also informing you about the data subjects rights and how you can contact Boix Europe.

Boix Europe maintains contacts with its (business) relations and suppliers. In that context Boix Europe processes personal data. Boix Europe processes all personal data that is necessary for the purposes mentioned above. Which data these are differs per purpose. For example, Boix Europe collects other data for sending offers than for maintaining contact with business relations.

Boix Europe processes your personal data based on an agreement between you and Boix Europe, due to compliance with a legal obligation, due to a legitimate interest or on the basis of your consent.
For example, if you as a customer have purchased a product and/or a service, Boix Europe can inform you on that basis about offers or news about comparable products (including updates of products already delivered) and/or services that you have purchased from Boix Europe.

Boix Europe takes the protection of your data very serious. Boix Europe takes appropriate measures to prevent any form of abuse, loss, unauthorized access, unwanted disclosure and unauthorized changes. F. RETENTION PERIOD
Boix Europe does not keep your personal data longer than necessary for the purpose for which they are processed. Thus, how long your personal data is kept depends on the purpose for which it was collected. For example, Boix Europe has a legal retention obligation with respect to certain personal data (e.g. the tax retention period of 7 years) and on that legal basis your personal data will be retained for that specific period of time.

Boix Europe will only provide your personal data to others (third parties) if it is legally obliged to do so or if this is necessary to offer and perform its services (for example a third party who carries out the work for the benefit of the task to be carried out).
